Over the past 27 years, Paul has established himself as one of the premier Commercial Real Estate Professionals. He has brokered over $600 Million in Value Property, assembled Development Properties, sold Apartment Buildings, arbitrated negotiations between Landlords and Tenants and has been hired to mediate and conflict resolve. He currently works with Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd. – Commercial Division, having formerly been with Esbin Realty Corporation and Locations Real Estate Services. Paul has a business degree from Schulich, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in a management capacity in a number of related industries, including Xerox, Bynamic Enterprises and American Greeting Corporation. Paul maintain RECO, TREB and OREA membership.
